Columbia Palisades
What is happening there
- The original Columbia Palisades development transformed an approximately 84-acre former quarry into a community with residential lots, townhomes, retail, roads, utilities, parks and trails.
- The existing residential portion is largely built out; Cascade West currently describes its Columbia Palisades home-site community as sold out.
- A much larger project is planned on Lot 85, the approximately 14.3-acre site bounded by SE Columbia Palisades Drive, SE Brady Road and SE 192nd Avenue.
- The approved plan calls for approximately 835 multifamily residential units, 87,700 sq. ft. of office space, and 211,656 sq. ft. of commercial space, including hospitality uses.
- There is also The Ledges at Palisades, the large apartment/condominium project near Highway 14 and 192nd. Current reports indicate construction has continued but has taken substantially longer than originally anticipated.
- Boulder Ridge — Romano Capital acquired 24 residential lots and built luxury townhomes overlooking the Columbia River Gorge.
- The Alyster — Romano Capital is developing a 102-unit multifamily apartment project at 19660 SE Brady Rd. It is not single-family housing.
- Camas Meadows — Romano Capital has been involved in a subdivision with single-family residential lots and a commercial lot. City documents show a plan for 77 single-family residential lots.
